Refund policy

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product and would like to return, we are more than happy to assist you with refund or exchange. Items should be unused and should be returned in a resalable condition. The package should be in its original state unopened along with the invoice. If you are uncertain about a product, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and they will be more than happy to help you with the process.

Please note: You must highlight the issues within 24 hours of the delivery. Return process are restricted and depended upon the nature of the product.

Conditions

  • Notify us the issues within 24 hours of the delivery.
  • Items should be returned in its original packaging- unused along with the invoice and labels.
  • We recommend to pack the return packages carefully to avoid any damage in transit. (It is advisable to use Royal Mail tracked service)

Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the goods are received and inspected thoroughly.

Refund Options

  • Normal Refund: This process may take up to 3 to 5 working days depending on the bank. 
  • Discount Code: We can also issue a discount code for the amount and this will be issued on the same day.

We encourage to opt for the discount code option for a quick claim.
